Right in the heart of everything but totally peaceful and well cared for, offering shaded gardens lined with pines and jacaranda. Relax round the swimming pool or visit one of the many local attractions - this is an ideal holiday location and the pool and gardens are shared by only three other properties.
Furnished to a very high standard. There is a deep alcoved sleeping area, which has an extra large double bed and can be closed off during the daytime leaving a spacious comfortable lounge which also has a study area with built in desk and shelves with plenty of books. There are two built in wardrobes and very attractive good size full bathroom
The T.V. has UK stations including BBC and ITV, as well as many more and there is a radio, which plays C.D's..
The Kitchen is new, modern, quite large and extremely well equipped. It is complete with hob,oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and all the utensils you are likely to need for a comfortable stay.The dining room area has seating for four and there is also a divan which can be used as a second sofa.Patio doors lead out onto a terrace with further table and chairs for outside dining.The area is quiet and residential but has shops, bars and restaurants all within the immediate vicinity and the beach is about a ten minute straight walk.For golfers there are several excellent courses to choose from.
