Situated in Riviera Del Sol, next to Mijas Costa in the Costa Del Sol, only a 5-minute drive from the beach and local shops and restaurants. Our apartment overlooks the fantastic Miraflores golf course which is one of the most popular golf courses on the Costa Del Sol, Situated in the Las Cumbres de la Riviera complex it was completed in May 2004. We have furnished it to a very high standard in a clean modern style as you can see from the pictures.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all rooms are fully furnished. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people (1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room). There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge which allows for 2 more people to sleep thus enabling up to 6 people to sleep and relax in comfort.
The kitchen and utility room are fitted with a washing machine, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer & microwave plus all the usual kitchen equipment. Sunbeds are also stored in the utility room for use in the communal pool and lush garden area.
The apartment is also fully equipped with TV, English satellite TV, DVD Player (all regions) and Hi-fi System.
All you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun-kissed Costa del Sol.
